OPENTUNITY-01-KPI-3

Description

This KPI assesses the effectiveness of coordination between the DSO and the TSO within the local flexibility market by measuring the percentage of critical flexibility requests that are successfully resolved within the operational timeline. It reflects the ability of coordination mechanisms to prevent conflicting activations and ensure secure system operation. A coordination process is considered effective if fewer than 5 request leading to grid congestion issues occurs. The KPI is calculated by comparing the number of solved versus unsolved flexibility requests across DSO and TSO activation needs.
