PowerLine Telecommunications (PLT);BPSK Narrow Band Power Line Channel for Smart Metering Applications

This proposed work item specifies the PHY and MAC layers for a narrow band power line channel operating in the CENELEC A band for smart grid and associated applications that is based on EN14908.3 (Open Data Communication in Building Automation, Controls and Building Management - Control Network Protocol - Part 3: Power Line Channel Specification).
