The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) is currently inviting experts from the fields of climate, energy and transport to register to the European Commission expert’s database.
The evaluation panels are composed of experts from diverse backgrounds and various sectors:

- non-profits
- civil society & research organisations
