This KPI evaluates the impact of flexibility activation on voltage quality in the distribution grid by measuring the average deviation of bus voltages from their nominal values. It reflects how effectively the LFM contributes to reducing voltage deviations during operational conditions. The target is to keep the local average deviation Index below 0.05 pu, aligning with acceptable voltage quality levels.
