Brief description and/or other information regarding the project: 
The aim of the EnergeTIC project is anticipative and continuous optimization of resources use and Data center management operations. It defines groups of energy efficiency scenarios based on Data Center modeling: with the key innovation being its ability to approach the Data Center as a holistic system and control the function of all its heterogeneous components. It thus helped develop an experimental control system that dynamically adjusts resources to needs. The second major innovation is precise energy efficiency measurement, namely by ensuring the optimal use of hardware resources based on application needs. To achieve that, a new energy efficiency measurement indicator has been considered in order to ensure that active IT power is used at full capacity. Moreover, this indicator is used in a quantitative characterization environment of Ashrae type (humidity and temperatures operating procedures).
