The goal of the project is to propose a new offer to facilitate the development of electric vehicles in apartment buildings. It includes: - a technical solution of EV charging which can be controled and is adapted to apartment building car parks and allows personal charging services; - EV carsharing solutions in apartment buildings (private and public lessors and collective ownerships) The project will take into account grid constraints and therefore will propose solutions that could limit the impact of the charging on the grid reinforcement and on peak load. The project will also study how to benefit from renewable energy sources to charge electric vehicle, as a new source of development.
