E-Harbours Electric

Project full name:
E-Harbours Electric
The challenge is to create a more sustainable energy model in harbour regions on the basis of innovative intelligent energy networks (smart grids). e-harbours focuses 3 objectives:1) Increase the production and use of renewable energy in harbour cities. Harbour cities have extensive industrial areas with a great potential for development of sustainable energies; from wind, solar PV, tide, waves and the reuse of industrial waste, heat or cooling available. 2) Increase the use of energy smart grids.

Dutch Smart Charging

Project full name:
Dutch Smart Charging
Test and demonstrate an environment in which commercial market parties are enabled to provide charge services to EV customers in cooperation with EV infrastructure parties and grid operators. This taking into account roaming of customers and demand side management based.

DLC+VIT4IP

Project full name:
Distribution Line Carrier: Verification, Integration and Test of PLC Technologies and IP Communication for Utilities
Today, there are largely no communications infrastructure deployments in European medium and low voltage power distribution networks. Powerline communications have a large potential to enable new and intelligent applications to and from the last branch of the distribution grid.

DISPOWER

Project full name:
Distributed Generation with High Penetration of Renewable Energy Sources
Dispower has developed new methodologies. components and tools for planning. operational control. training. forecast and trading for the reliable and costeffective integration of distributed generation and renewable energies.

DA

Project full name:
Distribution Automation
Building an integrated architecture (i.c.: interaction between bussiness-processes.information-architecture and primairy network layout) to maximize Enexis’ MV-gridperformance (10-20 kV)

CRISP

Project full name:
distributed intelligence in CRitical Infrastructure for Sustainable Power
The CRISP project aims to investigate, develop and test how latest advanced intelligence by ICT technologies can be exploited in a novel way for cost-effective, fine-grained and reliable monitoring, management and control of power networks that have a high degree of Distributed Generation and RES penetration.

ADDRESS

Project full name:
Active Distribution network with full integration of Demand and distributed energy RESourceS
The project aims at delivering a comprehensive commercial and technical framework for the development of “Active Demand” in the smart grids of the future. ADDRESS investigates how to effectively activate participation of domestic and small commercial customers in power system markets and in the provision of services to the different power system participants.
