Electricity demand as frequency controlled re-serves 2

Project full name:
Electricity demand as frequency controlled re-serves 2
Through 11 work packages. including hardware. design. development. laboratory test. practical implementation. data analyses. etc.. a technology will be developed in which the electricity consumption will be used as a frequency-controlled reserve (DFR). This project focuses on investigating the appropriate use of demands as frequency reserve (DFR) with strong focus on hardware development and demonstration in a practical power system based on our previous research.

Electricity demand as frequency controlled re-serves

Project full name:
Electricity demand as frequency controlled re-serves
The project developed technology for demand frequency controlled reserve (DFR) implementa-tion. a system that automatically stops or starts electricity consumption in response to system frequency variations. The developed technology is able to supply reserve electricity and im-prove electricity system frequency control.

eFlex

Project full name:
eFlex
The purpose of eFlex project is to gain experience with mobilization of private customers flexible energy consumption. especially from electric cars. electric heating and heat pumps.

EDGE

Project full name:
Efficient Distribution of Green Energy
The mission of the Efficient Distribution of Green Energy (EDGE) project is to radically improve integration of wind energy in the power grid through effective coordination of both electricity generation and consumption. Specifically, the project aims at developing rigorous methods for managing the flow of energy among actors - consumers and producers - connected to the power grid. In doing so, we extend results from other related projects, which tend to focus on existing technologies.

EcoGrid EU

Project full name:
EcoGrid EU
To build and demonstrate a complete prototype of the future power system with more than 50% renewable energy. The primary focus is on market integration and inclusion of electricity customers in the building of tomorrows SmartGrid

EcoGrid Denmark

Project full name:
EcoGrid Denmark
To develop new long term technologies and market solutions for power systems with increased share of distributed generation and renewable energy sources while maintaining the reliability of supply.

Dynamic tariffs

Project full name:
Dynamic tariffs
To investigate the opportunities for and effects of changed tariffs for electricity with the special objective of better integration of renewable energy from, among other things. ever-increasing wind power production. All parties involved in the project contributed in the work load but there is no official budget

DREAM DK

Project full name:
Danish Renewable Energy Alligned Markets - phase 1
DREAM phase 1 provides the necessary analysis and design of end user solutions in order to make a reliable and financial accountable full scale demonstration in succeeding projects with large amount of heat pumps, electric vehicles and smart grid technology.

Distribution System planning for Smart Grids

Project full name:
Distribution System planning for Smart Grids
The purpose of the project is to identify limitations of existing simulation and planning tools for distribution grids. with a particular focus on the challenges imposed by the introduction of Smart Grid technologies

DISPOWER
