Start and end dates:
January, 2011 to December, 2014
Prevailing Stage of Development:
Research & Development
Brief description and/or other information regarding the project:
The project OMERE (Optimization and Control of Renewable Energy and Electricity Network) aims to implement a full range of solutions for the optimization of electrical networks and improving reliability. It is based on the use and combination of interdependent technologies on renewable energy, storage, distribution and demand management. OMERE combines the scientific and sociological studies to validate the relevance of communication technologies on the network and their applications at all levels (producers, distributors, manufacturers, users and communities). Studies and experiments planned over a period of three years, starting in 2011 on the platform of tests INES Isere, sites of production and distribution and SRD-Dried Sorégies in Poitou, and in a écoquartier.
