GRIDTEAMS

The aim of this project is to help people to handle their own load curve. With home installation of a smartmeter, provide and support by the WIT inc., the Web platform empowered by Gridpocket use both an energetical analyse lead by energeticians from Mines ParisTech and a behavioral overview by sociologist from Telecom ParisTech to provide a scope of consumption with two points, a starting one : the actual consumption and a target : the lowest consumption reachable. The meter send data from the household’s flat : energy, power and inside temperature with wireless network at a regular pace. Final user can retrieve their data with an accurancy close to the real time, can check with former period through the Web or via a mobile access and can assess their position from the usual consumption and the target. The effort for a better behavior is nudged with little rewards.
